Range Coach Golf App | Range Coach LLC | Effective Date: July 7, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Range Coach Golf App, our website, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Range Coach.
2. App Purpose
Range Coach helps golfers practice with purpose through drills, shot tracking, progress history, skill scoring, and subscription features. Results vary by user and no improvement, handicap reduction, scoring outcome, or golf performance result is guaranteed.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium features may require a paid subscription. For iOS purchases, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund processing are handled by Apple under Apple’s payment rules.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel an Apple subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
6. Refunds
Our customer-friendly refund request window is 7 days from purchase or renewal. For App Store purchases, users must submit refund requests through Apple Report a Problem. Range Coach may provide support, but Apple controls App Store refund approval and processing.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, copy or reverse engineer the app, scrape data, interfere with security, upload harmful content, or use Range Coach for unlawful purposes.
8. User Content and Practice Data
You retain ownership of information you enter, such as practice data, goals, and feedback. You grant Range Coach a limited license to process that information to provide, maintain, improve, and support the app.
9. Intellectual Property
Range Coach, the Range Coach name, logos, app design, features, software, text, graphics, and content are owned by Range Coach LLC or its licensors.
10. No Professional Advice
Range Coach is not a substitute for professional golf instruction, medical advice, physical therapy, or facility safety rules.
11. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific golf results.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Range Coach LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
13. Changes to the Service
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features over time as part of normal product development.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

End User License Agreement
Range Coach Golf App | Range Coach LLC | Effective Date: July 7, 2026
This End User License Agreement is between you and Range Coach LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. If Range Coach does not publish a custom EULA in App Store Connect, Apple’s standard EULA may apply instead.
1. License Grant
Range Coach grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s App Store terms and this EULA.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app except as allowed by law.
3. Ownership
The app is licensed, not sold. Range Coach LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in the app and related intellectual property.
4. Updates
We may provide updates, bug fixes, or new features. Some updates may be required for continued use.
5. Third-Party Services
The app may integrate third-party services for subscriptions, analytics, authentication, hosting, diagnostics, or support.
6. Termination
This license continues until terminated. Your rights end automatically if you violate this EULA or applicable law.
7. Apple Terms
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
