Range Coach LLC (“Range Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use Range Coach Golf App, our website, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, login credentials, subscription status, and account preferences.

Golf practice information: practice sessions, drill selections, shot outcomes, dispersion or shot-plot entries, consistency scores, skill-level selections, goals, and progress history.

Device and technical information: device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.

Payment and subscription information: purchases are processed by Apple and/or our subscription provider. We do not store full credit card numbers.

Support communications: messages, screenshots, feedback, and information you provide when contacting us.

2. How We Use Information

Provide and improve app features, practice plans, progress tracking, and subscription access.
Personalize drills, recommendations, summaries, and user experience.

5. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Account Deletion and User Choices

You may request deletion of your Range Coach account and associated personal information by contacting us at rangecoachgolf@gmail.com. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, or accounting purposes.

7. Children’s Privacy

Range Coach is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Fitness, Golf, and Safety Notice

Range Coach provides golf practice organization, tracking, and educational guidance. It does not provide medical advice, physical therapy, injury diagnosis, or professional sports instruction guarantees.

9. U.S. and International Users

Range Coach is operated from the United States. If you use the app from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.

End User License Agreement

Range Coach Golf App | Range Coach LLC | Effective Date: July 7, 2026

This End User License Agreement is between you and Range Coach LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. If Range Coach does not publish a custom EULA in App Store Connect, Apple’s standard EULA may apply instead.

1. License Grant

Range Coach grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s App Store terms and this EULA.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app except as allowed by law.

3. Ownership

The app is licensed, not sold. Range Coach LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in the app and related intellectual property.

4. Updates

We may provide updates, bug fixes, or new features. Some updates may be required for continued use.

5. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate third-party services for subscriptions, analytics, authentication, hosting, diagnostics, or support.

6. Termination

This license continues until terminated. Your rights end automatically if you violate this EULA or applicable law.

7. Apple Terms

Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
